New Feature Highlight: Waitlist for club and event registrations
Interpodia has announced the launch of its new Waitlist Management Tool. This is designed to help clubs and event organizers efficiently manage waitlists for high-demand events, programs, or activities, allowing them to provide a better experience to their registrants.
The Waitlist Management Tool allows organizations to create and manage waitlists with ease. The tool is directly integrated with the registration process on all Interpodia platforms, allowing participants to join themselves with a few clicks. This process is automated, reducing the need for manual management and allowing your organization to focus on providing great service to your members and participants.
“The Waitlist Management Tool is already proving to be a helpful feature for organizations who have a limited capacity or availability for their program, events, and activities.” said Phil Mowatt, CEO of Interpodia Technology. “Since inception, Interpodia has continually invested to enhance the features and functionality with input and feedback from our clients and partners. We heard that manually managing a waitlist was time-consuming and challenging so in collaboration we have launched this feature to automate the process and allow administrators to manage it from the existing dashboard.”
The Waitlist Management Tool includes:
- Waitlist creation: From your event/club registration process dashboard, you can activate the waitlist option on one or multiple registration categories to best fit your needs.
- Waitlist management: You can search, sort, and manage participants on your waitlist with a few clicks.
- Registration notification management: Prompt the system to send a customized registration invitation email including a unique registration link that has a limited-time expiry that you can adjust. Or manually cancel/ revoke an invitation.
The Waitlist Management Tool is available now and is compatible with all of your registration processes, including events, clubs, activities, courses, or programs (excluding the Membership Organization module).
