User Experience
We are continuously innovating and releasing upgrades every week after they have been through a rigorous process to match business requirements to end product, including in some cases client testing and sign off. Our goal is to make the administratively complex, easy for the user experience.

Data Security
Interpodia Technology’s system as a baseline is able support over 300 transactions a minute. If load is anticipated to be higher, we can quickly deploy more servers to support this. We simultaneously back-up to multiple servers so even if one server goes down, we can recover without significant interruption or loss.

PCI Compliance
Regarding storage of credit card data, we do not store any credit card data on our servers. We utilize client side encryption where the purchaser’s credit card data is encrypted prior to submission to a gateway provider and never touches our servers. This sport technology gives a great level of security and is recommended by most experts in the industry.

Reliability
We guarantee a up-time rate of 99.975%, which is higher than Amazon Web Services. All of our platforms are set up with servers and databases to handle significant volumes of registrations per annum currently and volume in excess of that requested

Ongoing Research & Development
R&D is and will always be at the forefront of our company. We work collaboratively with our clients to understand their evolving needs, and build out technology to bridge them. As such, we are rolling new features and upgrades on a weekly basis.
