New Merchandise Fulfillment Integration and Partnership with Tribe Solutions

Newly Released: Kit and Merchandise Fulfillment Integration

We are delighted to announce the launch of a new merchandise fulfillment integration feature and a partnership with leading fulfillment merchandiser, Tribe Solutions.

This new feature benefits all users and clients of Interpodia, including events, clubs and membership organizations that wish to sell kit and merchandise during the registration process or in a stand-alone store hosted on your registration platform. This new ability to integrate with store fulfillment centers means less work for administrators and directors and an improved experience for athletes. 

The traditional model was that you would 1) offer your branded kit and merchandise online 2) place an order with the supplier and 3) distribute the goods to your registrants or members.

Now, thanks to this integration, kit and merchandise sales can be managed and fulfilled directly by suppliers. Suppliers can ship directly to the athlete or prepare your bulk order as individually packaged and labeled orders and then send it to you to easily distribute. Thus removing significant administrative burden for organizers, and avoiding mountains of boxes in your organization’s office. It also provides the opportunity for sport organizations or events to create a new revenue stream, profiting from the sale of merchandise. For example, taking a set percentage per order and having it remitted to your organization’s account, all without the headache of design and fulfillment.

Tip for Success: Best success with kit and merchandise sales is found by offering purchase during registration. By inserting this process during registration, you also avoid having to guess quantities for each size and reduce the risk of having leftover stock in certain sizes.
