Integrated Technology for Tracking Coach and Member Certifications
Built in Collaboration with Alpine Canada Alpin
We are proud to announce the release of a new module for tracking coach, member and participant certificates, built in collaboration with Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA). Founded in 1920, ACA brings years of expertise in licensing coaches, which has helped strengthen our recent collaboration. The organization’s established coach licensing processes and advanced needs have shaped the development of this feature to the benefit of other sporting organizations across Canada.
The Certification Tracking System (CTS) combines participant registration and coach accreditation tracking into one place, increasing efficiencies in the system. The certificate tracking system can be easily expanded to include tracking of officials and volunteers. Check off your to-do list faster by integrating your sport management system with third party education and background checks, so sport administrators have the tools and information they need together in one place.
The CTS suite of enhancements is available as an upgrade to our current clients or as an individual module available to purchase to any sport organization.

This powerful new module seamlessly integrates with a wide range of learning management and background check systems and enables your organization to:
Track online completion of courses automatically
Manage the storage and import of education records and certifications
Build limitless rules for dynamic certification/ qualification levels
Configure required certificates for issuing different memberships or event registrations
Create facilitator and evaluator roles and functions
Send course results to CAC’s Locker automatically through NCCP Integration

The Benefits For Your Bottom Line
What does this mean for sport organizations and their stakeholders? Early stage testing indicates that the CTS will save significant administration time, increase compliance, and help mitigate risk. Through this integrative module, sport administrators are able to save time with automated participant licensing once a registered participant completes all certification or course credit requirements. It allows for reduced liability for stakeholders knowing that 100% of your registered participants will have completed all required safe sport requirements, or other course requirements before they are licensed for the season. Lastly, it allows administrators to easily view outstanding licensing requirements for any registered participant in real-time.
We look forward to continuing collaboration with Alpine Canada Alpin on developing this feature, and further refining this step forward for sport organizations in the realm of compliance and risk mitigation.
