Integrations

This integration allows you to match coaches to those in your database, using their NCCP number. You can import course completion records from the locker into your own platform, including key data points like course type and date of completion.

Other uses include…

• importing sport-specific modules from the locker by exporting them using the CAC Insights tool and using a standard import template to host them on your Interpodia platform.
• Tracking completed course records to meet coach membership requirements or creating unique pathways by using any number of course types and AND/OR operators to define complex requirements.

This integration creates Canvas accounts for members that need to complete a requirement that is performed in the Canvas LMS. For each outstanding requirement that needs to be completed in Canvas, we provide the member with an explanation of how to complete that specific requirement and how to access their Canvas account right from their profile. The integration requires that each Canvas course has a quiz.  We receive the quiz score and if the quiz falls within the passing range, we store the course completion record as being completed on the quiz submission date.

With this integration, administrators can require a Sterling Background Check for coaches or officials, which will be automatically added to their cart during registration. Once completed Interpodia receives status updates via the API, and the results are available to organizers through the admin dashboard. Coaches can also purchase a background check renewal, or stand-alone purchase, at any point in time outside of the coach membership/licensing process if needed. We also integrate with Sterling Volunteers, which provides volunteer screening and background checks for nonprofits and service organizations and helps mobilize vetted volunteers.

With this integration, organizers can require that one or more courses be completed on the platform before a membership or license is sold. A unique requirement is configured on the membership type for each required course. The required course/s can limit the purchase of the membership, or the membership can be purchased and remain in a status of “Pending Requirements” until all courses have been completed.

This integration allows you to use your existing Shopify store to include items sold through your Interpodia platform (this can be helpful if you want to use Shopify to handle shipping, etc.) It also allows you to use your existing Shopify store to track product inventory.  Items sold on Interpodia will reduce the inventory in your Shopify store.  Note: Items sold on Shopify will not update inventory in Interpodia.

This integration supports clients that wish to sell kit and merchandise during the registration process or in a stand-alone store hosted on your registration platform. This new ability to integrate with store fulfillment centers means less work for administrators and directors and an improved experience for athletes.
