Cycling Canada is an organization that is focused on a mission to inspire Canadians to cycle. Founded in 1882, it is the oldest National Sports Organization in existence. Advances in Interpodia's Technology
Our relationship is unique in that our partnership has truly been a beneift to both organizations. The advanced technology Interpodia provides helps streamline Cycling Canada’s registration processes and helps them remain compliant with insurance standards and sports safety codes throughout the country. On the other hand, Cycling Canada’s needs have provided us with many opportunities to innovate.
A recent new feature we created in collaboration with Cycling Canada enables membership organizations to offer digital membership cards compatible with their members’ digital wallet app for iOS and Android. For athletes, switching to a digital membership cards means easy accessibility, it is impossible to lose. And for organizations, a digital card will always up to date with the latest information and validity because it is integrated with an organization’s database.
The partnership has been a source of much excitement for both organizations. Interpodia CEO Phil Mowatt had this to say,
